Booking process was smooth, service was good but the machine wasn't so great. The metal tube didn't connect properly so would continually come apart given how strong the suction is. We had to either bend down and hold it together while using it, or put it back together every 2-3 times as it inevitably came apart. We used this while removing carpet from a very old apartment (so there was a lot of dust), about 4 hours worth of vacuuming so this added a great deal of physical strain. We did use tape at one stage but it would still come apart and the tube would bend and wobble.
Great staff, great service and competitive cost. I hired a rug cleaner from them and they made sure that we got the best guidance for operating the machine and were just a call away when we had queries using the machine at home. They reserved the machine for us on the call, pickup and drop off was easy.

Great service and very knowledgeable with machinery I hired. But being a first time user of this machinery I did not know what size I required for my job, so I assumed the machine (bobcat in this case) all came in the one size. Wrong, I should have asked and not assumed, unfortunately the staff at Kennards assumed I required the cat I got was for a residential property (rightfully so) as the suburb I am in is mainly residential, but my property is virtually a hobby farm size and I could have used a larger bobcat & completed my task in a much more timely fashion.
But overall, extremely satisfied with the service and advise provided by the staff at Kennards.

The 2 guys there on Saturday 11th November were really helpful and could tell I was in a hurry to get to my job. I had to switch machinery as the dingo wouldn't fit on site. The guys were extremely efficient.

The staff who work here are always so kind! As soon as I pull up, they always offer assistance to get the equipment out of the car. Equipment has worked well everytime also. Thank you
